Hi! I'm Mrs. Hershman and I have taught at PPS for over 10 years. My family and I live in Colchester are thrilled that our four kids will be Porters Point Pandas! My family also owns The Village Scoop, so I'm sure we've seen many of you for ice cream.
I graduated from St. Lawrence University with an undergraduate degree in Communications and earned a Masters Degree in the Art of Teaching from Manhattanville College. Throughout all of my years of teaching I have taught kindergarten, first grade, third grade and fourth grade.
In my time outside of school you can find my family and I on the lake, at the scoop shop or pedaling our bicycle built for 7 around town!

Hi! My name is Mrs. Geibel and I love being a Porters Point Panda! I grew up in Vermont and have lived here for most of my life, though I taught first grade in Colorado for 3 years before joining PPS.
I received my undergraduate degree at UVM and a Masters in Education at Saint Michael's College. I live in Waterbury with my husband, twin daughters, and our pets. In my free time I love to be outdoors, reading, or doing puzzles with my kids. My favorite thing about teaching is reading stories with silly character voices!

HELLO! I am Ms. Carilo and this will be my fifth year at PPS. I moved from Colorado to Vermont to attend Saint Michael’s College and decided to stick around! I’ve also lived in California, Texas, and Hawaii.
In my free time I love to read, sing, and hike! You can find me browsing local Vermont bookstores, singing showtunes, or enjoying the beauty of Vermont.

Hi! My name is Mrs. Dudley and I am the first grade Special Educator here at Porters Point School. I have taught at Porters Point for 5 years and I taught for 7 years in another school before that. My husband and I have 2 boys and a dog and we are always outside.
I graduated from Champlain College with a birth through sixth grade teaching license. I then earned a Masters in Education from Johnson State College (now known as Northern Vermont University) and I have taught preschool through grade six. First grade is my favorite age to teach though!
Outside of school, you'll find me hanging out with my two kids, playing soccer or reading by a campfire.
